Dr. Noesen Now Treats Neuromuscular
Disorders (TMJ)
Dr. Noesen is pleased to announce that we are now treating all
aspects of temporomandibular joint disorders in our office. We
are able to offer the most advanced diagnostic and treatment modalities
available. Internal derangement of the temporomandibular joint
can be a distressing syndrome of pain, limited jaw movement, clicking,
popping, and crepitus in the jaw joint. This derangement may be
genetic or caused by acquired pathological changes as the result
of trauma. Often, temporomandibular disorder is accompanied by
myalgia of the head, neck and shoulder muscles. A wide range of
symptoms may occur such as head pain, jaw clicking or limited range
of mouth opening, neck pain, ear pain, dizziness, stiffiness and
ringing in the ears or blurred vision.
We are available to evaluate and assist patients who display these symptoms
and do not respond to medical treatment and to provide you with complete reports.
Please feel free to call us for further information.

SEMINAR - Removable
and Partial Dentures
Dr. Noesen attended a three day seminar in October where he
obtained a better understanding of the Neuromuscular Techniques
for Removable Dentures and Partial
Dentures. The patient who has lost teeth is the most needy and desperate of
any patient to treat. Dr. Noesen gets a lot of satisfaction
of restoring the edentulous
patient to a level of appearance and function which the patient has not known
for many years. Dentures don't have to look fake anymore, with today’s
technology, we can give people who wear dentures a lot to smile about. If you
are unhappy with the fit or looks of your present denture or partial, give
Dr. Noesen a call to find out how he can help you.

NEW TECHNOLOGY
In August 2004 our office began using Dexis Digital Xrays. Dexis is the first
digital system to be accepted by the American Dental Association Product Acceptance
Program. Now, we are able to take your xray with less radiation, and less exposure.
With digital xrays we are able to see instant on screen images, which can be
enhanced by magnification, contrast and coloring.
